Telangana Group-I Main exams evaluation over; rank list expected in February
The TGPSC is planning to announce results in descending order with Group-I first followed by Group-II and III
Hyderabad: The Group-I Main exams evaluation has been completed by the Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) and results are expected in a couple of weeks. The Commission has roped in the services of senior professors who evaluated the answer scripts.
As per the evaluation process each answer script is evaluated by two professors. However, if there is a 15 percent difference in the marks allotted, the answer script is referred to the third professor.
Out of 31,383 candidates, 21,151 (67.3 percent) appeared for the Group-I Main examinations, which were conducted from October 21 to 27, 2024.
The TGPSC intends to complete the Group-I Main exams process and release the general ranking list (GRL) in February.
The Commission is planning to announce results in descending order with Group-I first followed by the Group-II and Group-III. This is to ensure that there are no backlog vacancies in Group-II and Group-III recruitment.
