Telangana Horticulture dept to host training program on urban farming

The Horticulture department is conducting training on urban farming on Saturday (second Saturday) of every month from 10 am to 1 pm at Telangana Horticulture Training Institute, Red Hills under ‘Mana Illu Mana Kuragayalu’ program, a press release said.

Hyderabad: The Horticulture department is conducting training on urban farming on Saturday (second Saturday) of every month from 10 am to 1 pm at Telangana Horticulture Training Institute, Red Hills under ‘Mana Illu Mana Kuragayalu’ program, a press release said.

The training program has been launched to create awareness of growing good quality, pesticide residue free vegetables on terrace, thereby promoting public health and reducing carbon emissions. Registration fee is Rs 100. For more details: 8977714411/9849299807
