Hyderabad: The Intermediate Public Examinations 2025 have commenced smoothly across the State on Wednesday. A total of 4,88,448 students registered for the first-year exams, which began with the second language paper – I.
The Telangana Board of Intermediate (TG BIE) said ‘Set B’ was picked in the draw of lots for the question paper. The exam that commenced at 9 am would conclude at 12 noon.
While the TG BIE, which is conducting the exams, issued instructions in the hall tickets that the last reporting time at the centre is 8.45 am, this rule was relaxed and students were given five minutes grace time to enter centres.
The Board arranged 1,532 centres for smooth conduct of the examination. This time, QR code embedded with centre location has been integrated into hall tickets, enabling students to easily navigate to their respective centres.
The TG BIE will conduct the second language paper – II exam on Thursday and a total of 5,08,523 second year students registered. The exam will conclude on March 25.
