Telangana Jagruthi files complaint over morphed photos of Kavitha
The women’s wing alleges that a team linked to a prominent political party leader was spreading false propaganda to defame the BRS MLC
Hyderabad: Telangana Jagruthi women’s wing has lodged a complaint with the Cyber Crime Police against the morphing of photos of BRS MLC and Telangana Jagruthi founder K Kavitha. The images, shared on social media platform ‘X’ by the handle ‘@AravindAnnaArmy’ and others, were on sanction of the Turmeric Board to Nizamabad.
Led by Telangana Jagruthi Medchal district women president and corporator Lalitha Yadav, the complaint was submitted on Monday, urging strict action against those responsible. She alleged that a team linked to a prominent political party leader was spreading false propaganda and morphing photos to defame Kavitha. The police were requested to investigate and initiate stringent action against such cyber offences.
