Telangana: KTR condemns attack on former Choppadandi MLA’s residence
Revanth Reddy and his gang is attempting to spread anarchy by targeting BRS leaders, says party working president, warns of severe consequences if such incidents continue
Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao condemned the attack on the residence of former Choppadandi MLA Sunke Ravishankar by alleged Congress supporters. Terming the incident “evil,” he charged Congress with conspiring to create unrest in the State through such attacks.
“Attacking the house of an opposition leader who is raising public issues, reflects the Congress’ desperation. Revanth Reddy and his gang is attempting to spread anarchy by targeting BRS leaders,” he said, warning of severe consequences if such incidents continue.
Calling on the police administration to act decisively, Rama Rao criticised the lack of swift action against these attacks.
“These Congress goons have turned law and order into a mockery. The DGP must intervene immediately to curb this menace,” he added. The former Minister reaffirmed that the BRS will continue to expose the deception and corruption of the Congress government, notwithstanding these attacks.
