Telangana logs 578 Covid-19 cases, three deaths on Sunday
A total of 731 individuals have recovered with a recovery rate of 97.86 per cent on Sunday
Hyderabad: Telangana has reported 578 new Covid infections and three fatalities on Sunday taking the cumulative number of deaths to 3,759 and the total number of positive cases to 6,36,627. The number of active cases in Telangana, as on Sunday was 9, 824.
On Sunday, authorities conducted 90,966 Covid tests of which results of 1,159 samples were awaited. A total of 731 individuals have recovered with a recovery rate of 97.86 per cent on Sunday.
So far, a total of 2,05,29,888 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 6,36,627 have tested positive and 6,23,044 persons have recovered.
The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included five from Adilabad, 14 from Bhadradri Kothagudem, 75 from areas under GHMC, 21 from Jagtial, 13 from Jangaon, 16 from Jayashankar Bhupalpally, three from Jogulamba Gadwal, 53 from Karimnagar, 43 from Khammam, 14 from Mahabubnagar, 15 from Mahabubabad, 36 from Mancherial, five from Medak, 21 from Medchal-Malkajgiri, ten from Mulugu, seven from Nagarkurnool, 25 from Nalgonda, one from Narayanpet, two from Nirmal, seven from Nizamabad, 32 from Peddapalli, 15 from Rajanna Siricilla, 16 from Rangareddy, nine from Sangareddy, 12 from Siddipet, 38 from Suryapet, three from Vikarabad, nine from Wanaparthy, 16 from Warangal Rural, 36 from Warangal Urban and six from Yadadri Bhongir.
