Sangareddy: Reportedly fed up with the behaviour of his wife, who allegedly had multiple affairs, a man killed his two children before hanging himself at his rented house at Malkapur village in Kondapur mandal.

The decomposed bodies of the three were found by the house owner on Monday morning. After going through the CCTV footage, the police suspect that he might have killed the children before his suicide on the night of April 30.

The deceased were Subhash (41), his son Rithik Mariyan (12) and Aaradhya (9). According to family members and police, Subhash’s wife Manjula left him and went to her maternal home following differences with him a few days ago. As she refused to return home, Subhash, a native of Garakurthi, decided to end his life.

Subhash, who used to work as lab technician in a primary health centre in Atmakur village, married Manjula, a native of Langar Houz, 14 years ago. Subhash left a four-page suicide note in which he held Manjula responsible for his decision to end his life.

In the note, he also detailed how he had planned his children’s future by making mutiple postal deposits. He also wrote that Manjula had multiple extramarital affairs.

Despite repeated warnings, she had refused to change, he wrote, adding that on the same issue, they had a serious argument a few days ago after which Manjula left the house, leaving the two children with him.

The police have registered a case and shifted the bodies to the government hospital in Sangareddy for postmortem. Kondapur Inspector D Venkat is investigating the case.
