Telangana: Mancherial to host district-level badminton selection trials on May 23 and 24
A two-day district-level badminton selection trial and tournament will be organised on May 23 and 24 at Hi-Tech City Colony. Players from various age-group and masters categories can participate, while top performers will qualify for the State-level badminton tournament.
Mancherial: A two-day-long district-level badminton selection and tournament will be organised in the town on May 23 and 24. Erstwhile Adilabad district Badminton Association president Gajula Mukesh said that the event would be conducted at a club in Hi-Tech City Colony of the town.
He stated that players, both girls and boys, from Under-11, 13, 15, 17, 19, singles, doubles, mixed doubles, and masters categories would be selected. Interested candidates are advised to report to the club on May 23.
Similarly, players are requested to enroll their names to participate in the tournament before 6 pm on May 21. Players who excelled in the district-level competition would be qualified to take part in a State-level tournament.
