Minister KT Rama Rao issued a detailed statement on the 1,32,899 govt jobs filled by the State govt in last six years, throwing an open challenge to the Opposition parties to prove it otherwise
Hyderabad: More than six years after the State formation, government jobs have become a hot topic in the State yet again.
While the Opposition parties indulged in mudslinging ahead of the MLC elections to the Graduates constituencies, TRS working president and Minister KT Rama Rao on Thursday issued a detailed statement on the 1,32,899 government jobs filled by the State government in the last six years, throwing an open challenge to the Opposition parties to prove it otherwise.
However, there has been no major response from the top leaders of either Congress or BJP in the State in this regard.
With its detailed statement on 1,32,899 government jobs filled during its regime in the State, the TRS gained upper-hand. The TRS leaders came up with a comparative study which declared that the Telangana government filled more vacancies than its neighbouring States in last six years and also more than the government jobs provided for people of Telangana by the previous governments in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh.
