Hyderabad: The Telangana Olympic Association (TOA) representatives lodged a complaint against a group of people alleging they had forged letterheads and fraudulently issued certificates of affiliation at Saifabad police station.

In a complaint submitted on March 17, P Malla Reddy, general secretary, TOA, had alleged that SR Premraj, C Babu Rao, Shivshankar Tumkur and their associates had been involved in the fabrication of official letterheads of TOA and unauthorised issuance of affiliation certificates.

Thereby, they are damaging sports organisations and stakeholders. They are running an illegal parallel association in the name of TOA. Such actions amount to forgery, cheating and criminal conspiracy, which warrant strict legal action, he said.

The Saifabad police are investigating.
