Telangana: One killed, another injured as lorry rams bike in Mancherial
Adayi Maruthi, 25, from Singarayapet village, died on the spot when a lorry hit his bike between Chintaguda and Mahabubabad villages in Jannaram mandal. His companion Komram Nagaraju suffered minor injuries. Police suspect rash driving caused the crash
Mancherial: A youngster was killed on the spot, while another sustained injuries when a lorry hit a two-wheeler between Chintaguda and Mahabubabad villages in Jannaram mandal on Tuesday.
According to Jannaram Sub-Inspector G Anusha, the victim was identified as Adayi Maruthi, 25, of Singarayapet village. He suffered grievous injuries and died on the spot after the lorry rammed into the motorcycle. Another person, Komram Nagaraju, also from the same village, received minor injuries in the mishap.
Police suspect rash and negligent driving by the lorry driver to be the cause of the accident.
