Telangana: Provisional list out for 607 Assistant Professor posts
The Telangana State Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board has released the provisional list of applicants for 607 Assistant Professor posts in government medical colleges, inviting objections through its website between February 26 and February 28, 2026, as recruitment enters the final stage
Hyderabad: The Telangana State Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board (TSMHSRB) on Wednesday released the provisional list of applicants to fill 607 Assistant Professor posts in all medical colleges under Director of Medical Education (DME).
The release follows the recruitment notification that was issued last year in June, and signals the final phase of the hiring process for Telangana’s government medical colleges.
The MHSRB has urged candidates, whose names are in the provisional list, to review their data and submit discrepancies (if observed) through MHSRB website between February 26 and 5 pm on February 28, 2026.
The board warned that objections are limited to a single submission per candidate and must include all supporting evidence in a single PDF file. No grievances will be accepted after the deadline or through offline channels.
Following this review, a Provisional Merit List will be published to determine the final selections. The recruitment is being fast-tracked to ensure that the 607 new faculty members are officially stationed and operational by the end of March 2026.
