Telangana School Education Department completes 2026 general transfers

The Telangana School Education Department has completed its 2026 general transfer exercise for officers and non-teaching staff. Conducted online for the first time for non-teaching personnel, the exercise involved transfers across district, zonal, multi-zonal and State cadres.

Hyderabad: The School Education department on Sunday completed general transfers 2026 for all its officers and non-teaching staff. For the first time, the department has taken up non-teaching transfers in an online mode.

School Education director Dr E Naveen Nicolas said all transfers from additional director to office subordinate at district, zonal, multi-zonal and State cadre have been taken up and completed successfully.

As per the orders, TGREIS secretary Ch Ramana Kumar has been posted as additional director (midday meals), TOSS director PV Srihari has been transferred and posted as additional state project director (Samagra Shiksha), and Additional director (coordination) K Lingaiah has been given new charge as TOSS director and full additional charge as director of government examinations.

Additional State Project Director (Samagra Shiksha) Radha Reddy has been transferred and posted as Director, Government Text Book Press, and additional director (midday meals) G Usha Rani has been given a new charge as TGSREIS secretary.

After transfers, all school education department’s joint directors have received new positions, with P Rajeev posted as JD TOSS, M Somi Reddy as RJD Hyderabad, K Satyanarayana Reddy as JD Model Schools and additional director (c), P Madan Mohan as JD (I) Samagra Shiksha, A Usha Rani as JD (II) Samagra Shiksha, B Venkata Narasamma as JD (Ser), and E Vijaya Lakshmi as RJD Warangal.

Similarly, Deputy Director (TET cell) P Revanthi Reddy has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Model Schools; DEO Hyderabad R Rohini, DEO Sangareddy Venkateshwarlu and DEO Mancherial Yadaiah are posted as DEO Sangareddy, DEO Rangareddy, and DEO Hyderabad respectively.

Deputy Educational Officers, Assistant Directors, superintendents, senior assistants, junior assistants and office subordinates were among the transferred.
