Hyderabad: The Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University (SKLTSHU) is conducting its first convocation on April 7 at 9.30 am at the Prof Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University auditorium in Rajendranagar here.
Governor and University Chancellor Tamilisai Soundararajan along with Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra, Director General of Indian Council of Agricultural Research, will be the chief guest. During the convocation, four university gold medals will be awarded to B.Sc (Hort.) graduated OGPA toppers and M.SC (Hort.) OGPA toppers of 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 batches. Four sponsored gold medals will also be presented to OGPA topper girls of M.Sc (Horticulture) of 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 batches, according to university Vice-Chancellor B Neeraja Prabhakar.
