Hyderabad: The Telangana Kabaddi Association, in association with Kabaddi Association of Suryapet District, will conduct the 47th junior National kabaddi championship for boys and girls from March 22 to 25 at SP Office grounds, Suryapet.
Over 1500 participants from 29 states will be seen in action. For the first time, Sikkim will take part in the nationals. The matches will be conducted on synthetic kabaddi mats on league-cum-knock out format under floodlights on all the four days. The tournament will be inaugurated by State Power Minister G Jagadish Reddy while State Sports Minister V Srinivas Goud will be the guest of honour.
