Telangana Tourism to organise mango pickle-making workshop with VahChef Sanjay Thumma

The Telangana Tourism Development Corporation will organise a mango pickle-making workshop at The Plaza, Begumpet, under the guidance of VahChef Sanjay Thumma. Participants will learn traditional Telangana pickle recipes, preservation techniques and spice combinations while preparing and taking home handmade mango pickle.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Tourism Development Corporation (TTDC) is set to organise workshop on mango pickle making at The Plaza, Begumpet, on Saturday from 9.30 am to 11.30 am.

The workshop will be conducted under the guidance of renowned culinary expert VahChef Sanjay Thumma, offering participants an opportunity to learn the traditional art of preparing authentic mango pickle using the right blend of spices, preservation techniques, and homemade recipes.

The specially curated interactive session aims to revive the rich culinary traditions of Telangana and encourage participants to experience the joy of making homemade pickles with expert assistance. Participants can learn traditional mango pickle preparation, spice combinations and preservation methods.
