TG LAWCET, PGLCET 2026 notification on Feb 8; Exams on May 18
The Telangana LAWCET and PGLCET 2026 notification will be released on February 8. Applications for three-year and five-year law programmes, as well as postgraduate law courses, can be submitted between February 10 and April 1 without a late fee. The computer-based exams are scheduled for May 18, 2026.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Law Common Entrance Test (TG LAWCET) and PGLCET 2026 notification will be issued on February 8. Candidates seeking admissions to three-year and five-year law degree programmes, and PG law courses can apply without a late fee between February 10 and April 1. The last date to apply with a late fee of different slabs is May 13.
The CET committee of the TG LAWCET and PGLCET 2026 which met in Hyderabad on Tuesday decided the schedule for the law entrance tests. The computer-based entrance tests will be conducted on May 18.
The entrance test for three-year LLB will be conducted from 9.30 am to 11 am, and 12.30 pm to 2 pm, while examination for the five-year law degree programme and LLM is scheduled from 4 pm to 5.30 pm on the same day.

Telangana Council of Higher Education Chairman Prof. V Balakista Reddy, Osmania University Vice Chancellor and TG LAWCET Chairman Prof. Kumar Molugaram, TGCHE VC-I and II Prof. E Purushotham and Prof. K Mahamood, Secretary Prof. Sriram Venkatesh, and TG LAWCET Convener Prof. B Vijayalaxmi among others also participated in the meeting.
