TGCHE to hold REACH conclave in Hyderabad on September 26
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) will organise the REACH Conclave in Hyderabad on September 26, bringing together institutions and stakeholders to deliberate on research, innovation and collaboration in higher education.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) is set to organise Research Education Advancement Conclave in Hyderabad (REACH Conclave) in the city on September 26. The conclave will bring together higher education institutions and other stakeholders on a common platform to deliberate on research, innovation, collaboration and the future of higher education, with the objective of strengthening the higher education, research and innovation ecosystem in the State.
Meanwhile, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Saturday released the Telangana Journal of Higher Education (TJHE), Volume 2, Issue 1 (January–June 2026), themed “Universities in the Twenty-First Century: Renewal, Reforms and Roadmaps.” The journal was released in the presence of TGCHE Chairman Prof. V Balakista Reddy and secretary Prof. Sriram Venkatesh.
The journal is brought out by the Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) as an international, peer-reviewed biannual journal dedicated to contemporary issues and emerging developments in higher education.
The Governor appreciated the efforts of TGCHE in promoting research, academic scholarship and informed discourse on higher education through the journal.
Prof. Balakista Reddy said that the journal reflects TGCHE’s commitment to strengthening the research culture, promoting academic excellence and facilitating meaningful policy dialogue in higher education.
