TGRERA imposes penalties on Hyderabad-based realtors for violations

Hyderabad: Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA), in separate cases, imposed penalties against three Hyderabad-based realtors and developers.
In the first case, TGRERA Chairman N Satyanarayana responded to the complaint lodged by Sumit Kumar Soni and Ranjana Bansal (Gachibowli) against Jayathri Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, Kukatpally and imposed a penalty of Rs 18.35 lakh on the construction company for selling and marketing flats of ‘Sky Exotica’ without registering the commercial project as per the RERA Act.
In the second case, TGRERA imposed a penalty of Rs 54.26 lakh against Krithika Infra Developers (respondent), LB Nagar. TGRERA responded to a complaint lodged by Anuparthi Sandhya Rani, Uppal, against the real estate firm for executing an unregistered Agreement of Sale.
In the third case, TGRERA imposed a penalty of Rs 5 lakh against real estate firm Sunrise Constructions, Ramachandrapuram, for non-registration of sale deed in favour of Shiva Shankar Reddy (complainant), Bhagathnagar, Karimnagar district.
“Execute and register the sale deed in respect of flat no: 411 in ‘Sunrise Abode’, located at Beeramguda main road, Mallikarjuna Nagar, Ramachandrapuram, within 30 days from the date of issuing the TGRERA orders,” orders issued by TGRERA Chairman Satyanarayana said.
