Hyderabad: As Thalapathy Vijay celebrates his birthday on Sunday, June 22, fans were treated to a special surprise, the much-awaited “first roar” from his upcoming film Jana Nayagan was officially released. The video glimpse gives a first look at Vijay’s powerful role and sets the mood for what looks like an intense drama with strong visuals and action.

Vijay is seen walking through a chaotic street with blazing fires and protestors around him. He is dressed in a police uniform, sporting a full beard, and moves forward with steady confidence, his bloodied fist hinting at a recent confrontation.
