Hyderabad: Three horses in the city had set out on a race, with one horse missing and two left behind, and nobody seems to know where the third has galloped off.
An artistic installation featuring three horses in full gallop, set up as part of a city beautification initiative a few months ago under the Shaikpet flyover, has suddenly lost one of its key attractions.
The concept once had three horses running together in what now appears to be an unfinished race. The disappearance of one horse, apparently overnight, has triggered curiosity among citizens and commuters in the area.
Questions have been raised about whether the horse was stolen, damaged or simply taken away for repairs. Or, did it by any chance decide to take an unscheduled break from the herd after running the race.
Ironically, there are no clear answers yet.
The GHMC authorities are yet to clarify whether the missing structure was removed for maintenance or if something more unusual had occurred. For now, the two remaining horses are left running a race of their own, while the third remains missing in action.
