This 10-year-old girl’s weightlifting skills will leave you stunned

Hyderabad: This 10-year-old girl named Aeryn-Ejjina Atkinson from the United Kingdom is setting ultimate fitness goals for not just children her age but adults as well.

Having started weightlifting at the tender age of 7, this little girl can lift double her weight. And now, she has beaten several ‘adults’ in a strongwoman contest on August 22.

Guided by her father Craig, the girl trained early in the morning before school every day to reach where she is today. In a previous interview, her father shared, “She loves fitness. She wants to go to the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, and Crossfit Games when she is older”.

Her fitness regimen includes her picking up dumbbells and kettle balls, which she is able to do so with the utmost ease. She has won several medals and accolades already for this sport.
