Hanamkonda: The three-day Model United Nations (SRU-MUN 2025) programme organised at SR University concluded successfully.
The event aimed to enhance global awareness, leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, social responsibility, confident leadership and diplomatic skills among students. Participants representing nine international councils actively took part in discussions and debates on social, economic and international issues faced by various countries.
As part of the closing ceremony, cultural programmes were organised where students showcased their talents and celebrated cultural diversity with great enthusiasm. Outstanding participants were felicitated with awards such as the Best School Award and Best Delegate Award in recognition of excellence.
The programme was coordinated by faculty members L Gunakar Rao, N Mahender and Dr D Ramesh under the guidance of Dean (Student Welfare) Dr AVV Sudhakar. Student Shantham Srivastav served as the SRU-MUN Secretary-General.
