Three drowned in Haldi Vagu in Siddipet
Three youngsters from Medak district drowned in Haldi Vagu near Nacharam in Siddipet after venturing deep into the stream despite not knowing swimming
Siddipet: Three youngsters drowned in Haldi Vagu at Nacharam in Siddipet district here on Wednesday, but the drowning came to light on Thursday only.
The deceased youngsters were Yerragolla Prasanth (27), Vikas (26) and K Anand Reddy (27) of Narsapur town in Medak district. They reportedly came to Toopran on Wednesday to attend a wedding.
Later, they visited Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple at Nacharam where they ventured into the stream. Though none of them knew swimming, they ventured deep into stream and drowned. However, the incident came to light on Thursday.
The police registered a case.
