Medak: Three persons drowned in two separate incidents in Medak district on Sunday. In the first incident, two youngsters drowned in Veerana Cheruvu in Sathnaipally village of Narsapur Mandal. The deceased were identified as Vengal Rao (24) and Kalyan (21).
In another incident, a youngster swept away in Haldi Project at Hakimpet village. The victim slipped and fell into the waters while taking a selfie. Efforts are on to fish out the bodies.
