Two children drowned while swimming in a village tank near Dabilpur in Medchal on Sunday. The victims, aged 14 and 12, were part of a group of six children. Police and SDRF teams were deployed for recovery operations.

In Narsingi, Yousuf Bee and her 14-year-old granddaughter Sabiya drowned in Peeram Cheruvu while washing clothes. Another granddaughter, Naziya, survived. Police and Disaster Response Force retrieved the bodies, which were sent for post-mortem examination. A case has been registered

Two children, visiting their grandparents for Dasara celebrations in Enchagudem village of Mahabubabad district, drowned after accidentally slipping into an open agricultural well. Police retrieved both bodies and registered a case. The incident has shocked the local community.

The girl Akhita, lived along with her parents in a small tenement at Green Park colony near Saroornagar lake. Her parents are daily wagers.

According to police, Aravind along with other friends went to the agricultural well to swim. However, he drowned in the waters accidentally.

On Monday evening, the child was playing cricket along with his friends and during the game the ball landed in an indoor stadium located near the local open ground.

On Sunday evening, the girl along with her father Nikhil Kumar went to the swimming pool in the gated community premises.

Police rushed to the spot and retrieved the body with the help of fishermen. A case has been registered. 

He reportedly went to a water body for a swim with his friends on Sunday afternoon. The body was retrieved.

According to police, a search operation is underway to find the missing student. He has been identified as Akhil.
