Three held for selling adulterated flour in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The Hayathnagar police nabbed three persons for selling adulterated flour by packing it in the brand name of Shalimar company here on Friday. Police recovered all-purpose flour, red chilli powder and other varieties of flour from them.
The arrested persons were Purushotham Agarwal (50), Pradeep Singh (26) and Pramod Puti (26), all residents of Anand Nagar in Malakpet. Police said the trio packed low quality flour in covers of Shalimar company at a temporary hut in Abdullapurmet mandal and sold it to the customers.
