Three held for stealing liquor, cash from wine shop in Adilabad
Three individuals were arrested in Adilabad for allegedly stealing liquor and cash from a wine shop in Bela Mandal. The trio was apprehended during a vehicle check after they fled the scene on Monday night. Police seized stolen liquor, cash, a motorcycle, and mobile phones from the suspects.
Adilabad: Three persons were arrested for allegedly stealing liquor and cash from a wine shop in Bela mandal centre, on Wednesday. Police seized liquor worth Rs 10,320 cash Rs 38,630, a motorcycle and two mobile phones were seized from the trio.
Police said that Pusam Narayana, Sinde Ajay and Tekam Joshva, all from Bela were apprehended for decamping with the alcohol bottles worth Rs 13,400 and cash Rs 41,930 from a wine shop on Monday night. They were taken into custody while fleeing during a vehicle-check held in Bela mandal centre.
The three confessed to lifting the liquor by forming a gang to meet a luxurious lifestyle.
