Three-member burglar gang arrested in Hyderabad, stolen property worth Rs 13 lakh recovered
Hyderabad police arrested a three-member gang involved in house burglaries and two-wheeler thefts and recovered stolen property worth Rs 13 lakh. A goldsmith in Uppuguda who allegedly purchased the stolen valuables was also arrested following the accused’s confession.

Hyderabad: A three-member gang of property offenders involved in multiple cases was arrested by the Hyderabad police on Tuesday. The police recovered stolen property worth Rs 13 lakh from them.
The arrested are M Amar Raj Kumar Reddy alias Doll (28), Abdul Lateef Khan (32), and Gulam Hussain Khan (32).
According to the police, Raj Kumar is a notorious burglar and has been arrested multiple times by the police. After his release from jail in January, he formed a gang with Lateef and Hussain and started committing burglaries in houses and two-wheeler thefts.
On a tip-off, the Task Force (Charminar) team and Keesara police caught the three persons. On questioning, they said that the stolen property was sold to a goldsmith, Gopalapuram Praneeth Chary.
