Kothagudem: The movements of a tiger have been reported at Tokabandhala village in Laxmidevipalli mandal near the district headquarters on Friday.
The big cat killed a cow belonging to a farmer in the village. Kinnerasani Division FDO (wildlife management), Damodar Reddy said that the tiger travelled from Asifabad district to Mulug and entered Edulla Bayyaram forest range in Kothagudem district a few days ago.
The Forest officials said the tiger pug marks were found in Kinnerasani division on November 17. The big cat was spotted at Mallepallitogu guthikoya hamlet in Kinnerasani range on Thursday night, where it killed three goats. On Friday morning it was spotted at Tummalagudem and moved towards Tokabandhala on the banks of Kinnerasani stream, they said.
