Covid19 vaccination is going on around the world for adults and children have to wait for their turn as trials are going on for the vaccine for kids. However, we need to take utmost precautions and stay safe from the deadly virus.
For children, it is like “When the going gets tough, the tough get going”, denoting when the situation becomes tough, only the strong will get going. Some precautionary measures that I believe are- we must avoid going outside for any outdoor activities and must stay indoors. We should also not eat outside foods, especially junk food and always eat healthy and homemade foods.
We can also enrich your diet with a lot of vitamin rich food and citrus-rich fruits like orange and lemon. Children should do exercises to keep fit, healthy and eventually build immunity. Listening to music will surely give some relaxation, to overcome this confinement.

If we go out for any needs, we should not touch our eyes, nose and mouth and one must remember to wear a mask and maintain physical distance at crowded places. We need to be brave and never lose hope. Nothing is going to defeat us and we shall have the upper hand in the fight against the Covid pandemic.
