Traffic advisory for Golconda Bonalu

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad traffic police issued an advisory to motorists in view of the Golconda Bonalu celebrations on Sunday.

Additional Commissinoer (Traffic), Anil Kumar, said traffic restrictions will be in place from 8 am to 8 pm as heavy traffic is expected during the celebrations. Motorists heading to the fort were advised to take alternative routes as the three routes leading to the Golconda Fort are expected to be heavily congested.

The following routes are expected to witness heavy traffic – Ramdevguda to Golconda via Makkai Darwaza, Langar Houz to Golconda via Fateh Darwaza and Seven Tombs to Golconda via Banjara Darwaza.

Parking arrangements were made at HUDA Park, Owaisi Grounds, Priyadarshini School and Area Hospital Golconda. The traffic police appealed the visitors to cooperate with the policemen on duty.
