Traffic curbs in Hyderabad for AIMIM’s ‘Darussalam Day’ celebrations
Hyderabad Traffic Police announced traffic restrictions around Darussalam on February 14 due to the Darussalam Day event at AIMIM headquarters. Diversions will be in place from 4 pm to 11 pm at major junctions, with vehicles rerouted through alternate roads.
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Traffic Police (HTP) has imposed certain traffic restrictions around Darussalam on February 14, in view of the ‘Darussalam Day’ event at the AIMIM headquarters.
Officials said moderate congestion is likely between 4 pm and 11 pm in the area. Traffic will be diverted at key junctions including Alaska T-Junction, Aghapura crossroad, MJ Bridge and Ek Minar.
Vehicles from Malakunta, Begum Bazaar, Mallepally, Mangalhat, Mehdipatnam and Afzalgunj will be rerouted through alternate roads to ease traffic flow.
Designated parking spaces have been arranged at Hockey Grounds in Masab Tank and Red Hills, Veterinary Hospital premises at Seetharambagh and other locations. Two-wheelers will be accommodated at select dargahs and Pan Mandi Road.
Traffic Police requested citizens, particularly those heading to the Numaish exhibition at Nampally, to use public transport and cooperate with traffic personnel on duty.
