TRAI Regional Office, Hyderabad organises ‘capacity building’ workshop

Discussions were held on telecommunications, broadcasting rules, consumer rights, recent instructions, consultations and regulations of TRAI and cyber security awareness

Hyderabad: Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Regional Office, Hyderabad organised a Central Zone regional workshop for ‘Capacity Building’ of telecom consumer organisations registered with TRAI in Hyderabad.

In the awareness session, detailed discussions were held on telecommunications, broadcasting rules, consumer rights, recent instructions, consultations and regulations of TRAI and cyber security awareness.

The programme was attended by representatives of telecom consumer organisations from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha and Chattisgarh along with the major telecom companies Airtel, BSNL, Jio and Vodafone Idea of these four States. Representatives of all the consumer organisations and telecom companies gave presentations in the programme.
