Hyderabad: The trailer of Tribandhari Barbarik, an action drama directed by Mohan Srivatsa, was released on Thursday. The film combines mythological themes with a contemporary storyline and features Sathyaraj in the lead role.
The trailer opens with a conversation between Lord Krishna and Barbarik on the conflict between Dharma and Adharma. It then shifts to a present-day setting, where a grandfather, played by Sathyaraj, searches for his missing granddaughter. The narrative suggests a link between the character and the mythological figure of Barbarik, with the plot focusing on his pursuit of justice.
Udaya Bhanu appears in a negative role, while Satyam Rajesh, Vasishta N Simha, and Saanchi Rai are part of the supporting cast. The film’s cinematography is by Kushendar Ramesh Reddy, with music composed by Infusion Band. Editing is handled by Marthand K Venkatesh.
Produced by Vijaypal Reddy Adidhala under Vanara Celluloid and presented by Maruthi Team Product, Tribandhari Barbarik is scheduled for a theatrical release on August 22.
