With the current pandemic going on, we all may not be in the same boat but we are all in the storm. We are all suffering from some or the other mental conditions, and hence we need a way to tackle it. The easiest way is to try and be happy all the time. There are few simple tricks to be happy such as.

Escape to your happy place: Read your favorite book, watch your favorite movie, listen to your favorite comedian, play more indoor games with your family, or anything which will make you comfortable and happy.


Spend more time with nature: Without going out, sitting by the window and watching nature can improve our mood.

Start meditating: Take up the 21-day meditation challenge, meditation can not only improve your health but also your mood.
