Hyderabad: TRS MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar has inaugurated Cherish Children’s Clinic founded by Dr Jyothirmayee, the daughter of senior Telugu star Saikumar, in the city.  

Speaking during the event, Santosh Kumar recalled his association with actor Saikumar. “Personally, actor Saikumar is a very good friend to me. I am very happy to inaugurate Cherish Children’s clinic set up by his daughter Dr Jyothirmayee. I wish the clinic would serve the needy children.” 

Jyothirmayee said, “I’ve treated many children during the lockdown and post pandemic. Nurturing children from a tender age is a big task for any parent. Many of them aren’t even aware of the amount of medicine that is to be administered to their children. The idea behind setting up Cherish clinic is to make children feel like home rather than giving an impression of visiting a hospital.” 

Rainbow Hospitals chairman Dr Ramesh Kancharla, prominent cardiologist Dr Mukherjee, neurologist Dr Srikanth Vemuri, actors Aadi Saikumar, and Tanikella Bharani, among others, were present.
