TRS@20 selfie point turns hot spot for visiting delegates

Hyderabad: The TRS@20 selfie point at the entrance of the Hitex where the ruling party’s plenary is being held has turned into a major attraction for party cadre to take selfies. Almost every person, be it elderly party leaders, youth, volunteers or women, were seen taking selfies throughout the day.
“Jai Telangana and Jai KCR” slogans rent the air at the selfie point. Many party activists took group selfies requesting fellow leaders to take pictures with their smartphones while others took photographs on their own.
Activists from Bhadrachalam, Suryapet, Kalwakurthy among other areas arrived at the Hitex in the morning and took selfies. A group of activists from Bhadrachalam took selfies and forwarded them to their friends back home. “It’s really a wonderful experience for us to be part of the celebrations,” said V Shivarama Krishna from Bhadrachalam. Another activist G Raju and his group were overjoyed at seeing the elaborate arrangements made at the venue.
After taking selfies, the leaders and activists proceeded towards the nearby photo exhibition gallery, before entering the main meeting hall, were they were served hot Irani chai at a stall.
