Trust donates blankets to tribals in Mancherial
Sai Blind School, run by a voluntary organisation in Mancherial, donated blankets to tribals in Kolamguda village of Hajipur mandal to help them cope with biting cold weather.
Mancherial: Members of Sai Blind School, run by a voluntary organisation, donated blankets to tribals dwelling in Kolamguda village in Hajipur mandal on Sunday.
Sai Blind School Educational Trust secretary Dr K Krishnam and the school in-charge manager Vasumathi said that they came forward to give away the blankets to the tribals who were struggling to cope with biting cold conditions.
They stated that the trust has been conducting a slew of charity programmes, besides running the school. Mission Bhagiratha deputy engineer KVG Krishna and others were present.
