Hyderabad: The convenor of TS-ECET-2021 has concluded the web-based counselling for lateral entry admission into engineering and pharmacy colleges for Diploma Holders (FDH) and B.Sc graduates for the academic year 2021-22. A total of 8,837 seats in the first phase were allotted to eligible candidates, according to convenor, TS ECET-2021 and Commissioner of Technical Education, Navin Mittal.
The number of candidates who had qualified for ECET-2021 were 22,529 out of which 15,619 had exercised their options. While the total seats available were 10,717, the authorities allotted 8,837 in the first phase of the web-counselling. Special category seats including NCC and Sports will be allotted in the final phase of the counselling, the convenor said.
Candidates can self-report to their respective allotted colleges through the website https://tsecet.nic.in and the last date for payment of tuition fee is September 7. The allotted candidates will have to report to the college between September 18 and 21 after completion of final phase of allotment.
