Hyderabad: For the convenience of travelling passengers during the Dasara festive season, TSRTC will be operating 4,035 special buses.
TSRTC Chairman Bajireddy Goverdhan and Managing Director VC Sajjanar, in a press release said, to eliminate difficulties faced by passengers in contacting the call centre during festival rush days, the TSRTC call centre staff has been doubled for enquiries and complaints. “The passengers can reach our call centre on landline numbers i,e,. 040-68153333 & 040-30102829,” they said.
In addition to the above, passengers for assistance and enquiry can also contact Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station (9959226257), Jubilee Bus Station (9959226246), Rathifile Bus Station (9959226154), Koti Bus Station (9959226160).
