Hyderabad: Two persons were charred to death reportedly after their truck came into contact with a live electric wire resulting in a fire at IDA in Uppal here on Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred when the driver of the truck laden with automobiles was passing under an electric wire accidentally touched it. The truck then burst into flames, which spread to driver’s cabin, killing the two persons, including the driver, who were in it.
Passersby alerted the Uppal police, who reached the spot and are investigating.
