Hyderabad: A two-day international conference on ‘New Age Business and Transformative Leadership: A Solution to Combat’ was organised by Centre for Management Studies at ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad.
The keynote speaker for inaugural session Prof. Justin Paul, University of Puerto Rico, USA said transformative leadership has been advancing fast to establish as a multidisciplinary area which is equally sought after by scholarly community and practitioners.
“Probably, this was one of the emerging disciplines of the 21st century which has drawn attention of several stakeholders in search of sustainable practices to impact lives of millions marginalised due to several reasons of neo-liberal economic thoughts and practices,” he said.
IFHE Vice-Chancellor Prof. J Mahender Reddy, Conference coordinator Dr. A Arun Kumar and ICFAI Law School director Prof AV Narsimha Rao also participated in the conference which also had technical sessions.
