Two dead after bike hits stone mound in Jagtial
The deceased were identified as Kandi Harish (27) of Korandalapalle and Janagama Rajkumar (26) of Buddeshpalli of Dharmapuri mandal and the injured Lingam Suresh of Thimmapur.
Jagtial: Two persons died and another was injured seriously when the motorcycle they were travelling in rammed into a mound of stones at Pasulapapannagutta near Nerella of Dharmapuri mandal on Tuesday night.
The deceased were identified as Kandi Harish (27) of Korandalapalle and Janagama Rajkumar (26) of Buddeshpalli of Dharmapuri mandal and the injured Lingam Suresh of Thimmapur.
According to police, the three were going to Dharmapuri from Nerella. When they reached Nerella crossroads, the rider lost control over the motorcycle and hit the mound of stones. Passersby alerted 108 ambulance service.
Harish and Rajumar died on the way to hospital, while Suresh was admitted in a hospital in Karimnagar for treatment.
While Harish was working as an electrician, Rajkumar recently purchased a lorry. On coming to know about the incident, police visited the spot and began investigations.
