Hyderabad: Two persons including a lawyer were caught by the Rachakonda police for illegal sale of Amphotericin B Liposome injections on Tuesday. The police seized four vials of the injection from them.

Those caught were identified as Thokala Avinash (31), an advocate and Alwala Venkatesh (34) a businessman, both residents of Nagole.


“They procured the injections with the help of one Narender and were selling it at higher prices to needy persons,” police said, adding that efforts were on to nab Narender.
