Two held for targeting ATM users
Narayanguda police arrested two persons for cheating ATM users by posing as helpers and showing fake UPI confirmations, with the accused confessing to multiple similar offences across Hyderabad following CCTV-based identification

Hyderabad: The Narayanguda Police arrested two persons, Mohd Salman and Azaan Tauqeel Khan, for cheating ATM users through attention diversion.
The duo posed as helpers at cash deposit machines, took cash from victims and showed fake UPI payment confirmations.
Following complaints, a case was booked and they were caught after CCTV analysis near Malakpet on April 16.
Police said the duo confessed to multiple similar offences across the city.
Further investigation is on.
