Two killed as van collides with truck in Adilabad

Adilabad: A driver and another person were killed on the spot when a truck collided with a van at Rolmamada village in Neradigonda mandal on Saturday.
Neradigonda Sub-Inspector Suman said that the deceased were Afroz (25) and Ameer (35), belonging to Hyderabad. Both Afroz and Ameer sustained serious injuries when the van dashed the truck on the outskirts of Rolmamada, resulting in instantaneous death for the two. They were trapped in the two vehicles and received fatal injuries when the truck and van overturned.
Both vehicles were moving the same direction at the time of the mishap. Rash and negligence driving was the cause of the accident, informed the SI.
