Two migrant workers killed in road accident in Medak

Two migrant workers died after their two-wheeler veered off Nandigama bridge on NH-765D in Medak district early Friday. The victims, identified as Vasanth Rathod and Ganesh, died on the spot after sustaining multiple injuries, police said.

Medak: Two persons died in a road accident on NH 765D at Nandigama bridge in Nizampet mandal in the early hours of Friday.

The two persons, who were proceeding towards Nandigama from Ramayampet town on a two-wheeler, veered off the bridge and fell off the road.

They died on the spot as they sustained multiple injuries. The deceased were migrant workers Vasanth Rathod and Ganesh, natives of Maharastra state.

The bodies were taken to the government hospital in Ramayampet for postmortem. Nizampet SI Rajesh was trying to reach the victim’s kin.
