Hyderabad: Two persons were killed in different road accidents in the city on Monday morning.
A 20-year-old man died at Saroornagar after a ready mix concrete container hit the motorcycle on which he was going.
The victim, V Narsimha, a resident of NTR Nagar was going along with his friend Karthik when the truck which was going at high speed hit them near the Metro rail station, the police said. Both fell on the road and while Narsimha died on the spot, Karthik survived with injuries.
In the other case, a farmer died at Shamshabad after a lorry hit his motorcycle. According to the police, the victim P Arjun (55) was going on the motorcycle when the lorry hit his vehicle at Palamkul village road. He died on the spot.
