Two women held with 7.8 kg ganja at Secunderabad railway station
Telangana Police, along with GRP and RPF, apprehended two women at Secunderabad railway station for transporting 7.8 kg of ganja from Visakhapatnam. The accused, residents of Araku Valley, were allegedly paid to deliver the contraband to a local contact.

Hyderabad: The EAGLE team of Telangana police, along with the Government Railway Police Secunderabad and Railway Protection Force (RPF), on Sunday caught two women who were transporting ganja from Visakhapatnam to Secunderabad by train.
The women, Panchadi Rukmini (56) and Setti Kasulamma (44), both residents of Araku Valley in Andhra Pradesh, at the behest of Eshwar Rao, of Andhra Pradesh, carried 7.8 kilograms of ganja by train. They were caught when they arrived at Secunderabad railway station.
“Eshwar paid each of the women Rs 5,000 to transport the contraband to the city. It was supposed to be handed over to an individual,” said GRP Deputy Superintendent of Police, SN Jaweed.
